This is not a personality quiz.

It will not tell you who you should be.

It is designed to surface what is already true about what pulls you forward in your work.

A few rules before you start:

1. Answer from past behavior, not present intention. If a question asks about last week, think about last week, not the version of last week you wish you'd had.

2. Pick the option that is most true even if none is perfectly true. The right answer describes the most consistent pattern, not you at your best.

3. Be honest with yourself to gain the most clarity.  If you catch yourself reaching for the option that sounds most impressive, that's the aspirational pull. Pick the other one. Your motivation is not a weakness or a strength. It's a truth.

Q1: Think about last week. When you felt most ALIVE in your work (not most productive, most alive) what was happening in that moment?
